    We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Civil Engineering Technician to support our civil engineering team in designing, planning, and executing infrastructure projects. You will assist in preparing drawings, conducting field surveys, and ensuring that construction adheres to plans and specifications.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist civil engineers in developing project plans and specifications.

    + Create and revise engineering drawings using CAD software.

    + Monitor construction progress and report any discrepancies.

    + Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes.

    + Maintain accurate documentation and project records.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.

    + Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

    + Good mathematical and analytical skills.

    + Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

    + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associate degree or diploma in civil engineering technology or related field.

    + Prior internship or experience in civil engineering or construction.

    + Familiarity with GIS and surveying equipment.

    Work Environment

    The position is in-office, requiring presence 5 days a week, with the support of a team of five other engineers and technicians. The work environment is a close-knit family atmosphere offering opportunities for growth.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
