    Pay Rate: Hire $21.75, 6 Months $22.11, 1 year $22.76

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Load trucks in a safe and efficient manner

    2. Scan bar codes on products

    3. Count and verify all product before shipment using paperwork

    4. Perform all responsibilities with quality and accuracy

    5. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

    6. Read, write and speak English

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Ability to obtain a Jennie-O Turkey Store Forklift license

    + Basic math skills

    + Ability to use handheld scanners

    + PHYSICAL: Ability to work in 28-30 degree environment

    + Able to lift up to 50 pounds to the height of 5 feet on an occasional basis

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Previous distribution experience with skills

    + Knowledge in the areas of inventories, bar codes, handheld scanners, forklift operation, computers and distribution environment.
