    This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

    THE POSITION

    As a **Reliability Engineering Manager** here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence and dependability in our products. Leading a dynamic team of reliability engineers, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes.

     

    Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you will identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a unified and effective approach. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing product failure data, implementing corrective actions, and conducting rigorous reliability testing to validate and enhance product performance.

     

    Additionally, you will provide invaluable technical guidance and support to both your team and other stakeholders. With strong leadership abilities, a proven track record in reliability engineering, and a commitment to continuous learning, you will manage and optimize the reliability engineering budget and resources, contributing significantly to the overall success and dependability of our product portfolio.     + Lead and manage the reliability engineering team to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of products

    + Foster a collaborative and highperformance team culture, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to team members

    + Develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes to enhance product reliability

    + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align reliability goals with overall business objectives

    + Work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle

    + Analyze product failure data, identifying root causes and trends to implement corrective actions and improve product reliability

    + Conduct reliability testing and analysis to validate and verify product performance under various conditions

    + Utilize testing data to drive improvements in product design and functionality

    + Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the reliability engineering team and other stakeholders

    + Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to product reliability

    + Manage and optimize the reliability engineering budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 6+ years of experience in reliability engineering in a manufacturing environment

    + Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, tools, and techniques.

    + Experience with reliability testing and analysis methods.

    + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    + Strong communication and leadership abilities.
