As a Finance Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and analyzing financial data to support business decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and regulations. You will work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business performance.

In this role, you will impact the financial performance of Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) by providing accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting. You will play a vital role in assisting the finance function and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and analyze trends

• Provide insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making

• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance

WE VALUE

+ Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or related field

+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

+ Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office

+ SAP experience a plus
