Summary of Position
This position is responsible for coordinating, posting, and reconciling accounts receivable transactions for Independent School Districts and KNCT -FM. Duties include preparing invoices, initiating collections for unpaid invoices, recording and deposition revenue, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Minimum Required Education
A high school diploma or GED required
Minimum Required Experience
Three years of wage-earning experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance or successful certification of a relevant trade school (30 credit hours) and one year of wage-earning experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance or six (6) months financial or bookkeeping experience with Associates Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
Experience with ERP software such as Ellucian Colleague preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

+ Strong mathematical and analytical skills; capable of interpreting data and solving problems accurately.
+ Ability to proofread, meet deadlines and manage multi-task.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat.
+ Ability to organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service and discretion.
+ Ability to perform accurately under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
