Job Title: Order Picker and Packer

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for building shipping pallets in the Hobby line. This involves grabbing closed boxes and palletizing them for shipping. The role requires lifting boxes that typically weigh 20 lbs, with some as heavy as 50 lbs. Additionally, candidates will be cross-trained to assist with Cycle Counts and Picking Orders.

Responsibilities

+ Build shipping pallets in the Hobby line.

+ Grab closed boxes and palletize them for shipping.

+ Lift boxes weighing mostly 20 lbs, with some up to 50 lbs.

+ Assist with Cycle Counts and Picking Orders when needed.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in shipping and receiving.

+ Knowledge of production and material handling.

+ Skills in picking, packing, and general labor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 6+ months experience with order picking and packaging is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

Work in an extremely clean, large warehouse filled with board games, where a great culture fosters friendliness and a 'work hard, play hard' environment. Shifts available are 2nd Shift from 3pm to 1:30am, Monday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lino Lakes, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
