    CNC Maintenance Technician

     

    Currently hiring CNC Maintenance Technician's in the University Park, IL area. Hiring immediately.

     

    **Shift:** 1st and 2nd shift

    + 1st shift 6am-2:30pm

    + 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm

    Description

    + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery.

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues for all machinery.

    + Conduct maintenance, repair, and setup of CNC mills and CNC lathes, vision systems, robotics, and other control-driven equipment.

    + Calibrate various brands of CNC machinery.

    + Collaborate with contractors for maintenance issues requiring outside expertise.

    + Maintain an inventory of spare parts to minimize downtime.

    + Move and install plant and building equipment, including layout and necessary pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic line connections.

    + Calibrate, repair, and troubleshoot vision systems such as Fanuc, ABB, and Cognex Vision.

    + Ensure facility maintenance when needed.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery.

    + Strong experience in both mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting.

    + Experience with preventive maintenance

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $85280.00 - $93600.00/yr.
