Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support managers and employees in both administrative and human resource-related areas. This position reports to the Site Manager with dotted line reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner, ensuring seamless communication and operations within the facility.
Responsibilities
+ Support managers and employees in administrative and human resource-related tasks.
+ Coordinate communication with authorized staffing agencies and maintain recruiting files.
+ Assist with orientation and onboarding activities for new hires.
+ Ensure the accuracy and security of all HR-related files in accordance with the records retention policy.
+ Maintain logs for disciplinary action, training, vacation, and ensure accuracy of shared files and databases.
+ Process human resource-related forms timely and accurately.
+ Track hourly attendance daily, support disciplinary actions, communicate issues, and prepare attendance reports.
+ Assist in organizing presentation materials, coordinating meetings and catering arrangements, and maintaining bulletin boards.
Essential Skills
+ Three years of general administrative experience.
+ High level of diplomacy, tact, and judgment with a positive attitude.
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information efficiently and professionally.
+ Superior organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail in written and verbal communications.
+ Ability to learn new skills quickly, work flexibly with deadlines, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
+ Proactive and self-directed approach while working in a team environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with administrative support, data entry, clerical tasks, and filing.
+ Skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
+ Experience in attendance logging and onboarding/orientations.
+ Strong customer service and administrative assistance skills.

The role is based in an office environment, working closely with the Operations Manager and HR, providing a supportive and professional atmosphere.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
