    Emmy Squared Athens is seeking experienced Dishwashers to join our growing team! As part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared Pizza is a full-service, upscale casual restaurant serving a delicious menu of Detroit-style pizza, award-winning burgers, and sandwiches.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Ensure all equipment and cookware are cleaned and available for use.

    + Wash and clean all cookware, utensils, and dishware following Emmy Squared standards.

    + Maintain dish area organization, including machine temperature settings and chemical safety.

    + Keep kitchen floors clean and free of debris.

    + Properly dispose of waste and follow dumpster procedures.

    + Ensure kitchen sanitation aligns with health department regulations.

    + Minimize loss and waste by using facility supplies appropriately.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back of house.

    + Assist with additional back-of-house duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous restaurant back-of-house experience preferred.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

    + Maintains calm and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

    + Ability to handle high volumes of work while maintaining quality.

    + Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

    + Ability to work around various chemicals and respond to hazardous situations.

    + Must be able to:

    + Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and push or pull up to 75 lbs.

    + Walk and stand for extended periods, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching overhead.
