Position Summary
SFS Group USA, Inc. Division Automotive, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality blind rivets, rivnuts, and riveting tools. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we serve a diverse range of industries, providing reliable fastening solutions that meet the highest standards.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. We're looking for a motivated multi-state sales professional in the Midwest to expand our market presence across several states, including Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. This role involves significant travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent SFS Group USA, Inc., Division Automotive in multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and implement executive sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
+ Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate product solutions.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
+ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industrial trends and competitors.
+ Provide technical support and product training to clients, demonstrating the benefits and applications of our blind rivet solutions.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer service.
+ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
+ Travel within the designated multi-state territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
+ Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fasteners, tool, or related industry.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product specifications and applications.
+ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
+ Ability to travel frequently and manage a flexible schedule.
+ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Additional requirements
+ Able to successfully pass DMV, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
+ Valid, state issued driver's license.
Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000 base salary with quarterly bonus potential
