    Job Description

    As the Human Health Market continues to expand and evolve, it is crucial that we reinforce and develop our established business practices. The primary objective of the Review Capabilities and Label Operations (RCLO) team is to support the organization's mission to achieve business excellence. The RCLO Senior Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing the processes and capabilities involved in creating promotional resources for customers and patients.

     

    The RCLO Senior Specialist should possess a growth mindset and be capable of quickly assessing needs to propose and implement effective solutions. Strong candidates will be able to critically evaluate existing processes and capabilities leveraged to help the organization meet its business objectives. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate with multiple teams with competing priorities.

    Primary Responsibilities include:

    US Market Subject Matter Expert for PromoMats:

    + Responsible for reviewing, triaging, and representing all system change requests for the US Market

    + Understands process to assess initial requests

    + Collaborates with requesters to submit requests

    + Conducts UAT Testing

    + Contributes to the development of training materials as necessary

    + Partners with Global Operations Capabilities for Veeva PromoMats system maintenance and enhancements

    US Market Subject Matter Expert for Design/Development Capabilities:

    + Collaborate closely with Global Operations Capabilities stakeholders to address US process and business requirements, facilitating US Market transformational needs. This includes:

    + Technology upgrades

    + Stakeholder training

    + Testing and implementation of technological changes

    + Own and manage MARCAPS requests for Help desk tickets, including receiving, diagnosing, and troubleshooting for Assembler Online

    + Assess budgetary implications of the technology changes necessary to support the US Market

    + Work with Global Stakeholders to ensure that process documentation and training materials are maintained and made available to relevant stakeholders

    General Capabilities:

    + Engage in cross-functional transformational workstreams to comprehend evolving requirements for Promotion Operations-owned capabilities and advocate for further enhancements with relevant stakeholders to identify solutions.

    + Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other cross-functional team members in the creation or modification of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    + Manage system training requirements and communications specific to change requests as appropriate.

    + Estimate and coordinate annual budget impacts to inform Marketing Promotion Operations' annual planning submissions.

    + Oversee and maintain the REACH SharePoint site and PromoMats US Portal Binders.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Minimum of a high school diploma and 2+ years combined marketing, brand management, sales, business support, or project management experience

    + Ability to work at the North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), Pennsylvania office at least 3 days per week

    + Strong demonstrated written/verbal communication skills, including public speaking

    + Advanced project planning and project management experience, including the ability to contribute to short- and long-term operational, tactical, and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan

    + Solid understanding of creative agency roles and structure

    + Strong problem-solving skills

    + Strong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and effectively engage with external suppliers and agencies

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)

    + 2+ years of experience in promotions, marketing support, marketing communications, learning & development or marketing within the biopharmaceutical industry

    + Experience in a highly regulated environment

    + Strong project management skills as demonstrated by prioritizing activities, using resources optimally, establishing appropriate deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery

    + Experience influencing without direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations and working successfully with cross-functional teams

    + Demonstrated ability to create solutions that drive value for our customers and incorporating innovative approaches where relevant

    + Demonstrates a flexible growth mindset

    The salary range for this role is

     

    $104,200.00 - $163,900.00

     

    This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

     

    The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
