Security Supervisor – Guest\-Focused Safety & Service

As a Security Supervisor, you’ll lead efforts to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests, team members, and visitors\. With a strong presence throughout the property, you will oversee security operations on your shift and support a service\-first culture that prioritizes comfort, care, and safety\.

What You’ll Do:

+ Monitor hotel premises with vigilance and professionalism

+ Respond promptly and courteously to security incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and follow\-up

+ Supervise and train the Security Team, fostering a guest\-first mindset

+ Support hotel staff in managing sensitive or unusual guest situations with discretion and care

+ Review and improve safety protocols, surveillance, and emergency response systems

+ Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies

+ Conduct team briefings and lead regular safety audits

+ Training or certification in safety and emergency response is a plus
