The Village at Proprietors Green (VPG) is a well-established (149-unit) Luxury Apartment Senior Living Community offering a continuum of Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments in Marshfield MA with a strong reputation of caring and empathy. We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of Senior services for over 75 years.

     

    We are looking for a Breakfast and Lunch COOK who is dependable, warm and empathetic with our Senior population and with a willingness to work as a collaborative team member.

     

    Essential Functions: This is a part-time-time/weekend position reporting to the Executive Chef, Saturday and Sunday from 6am - 2:30pm. Serves meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a sanitary kitchen. Executes hot and cold food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications. Attends to the detail and presentation of each order. Places and expedites orders. Requirements:

     

    Must have food service training with at least 2 to 3 years of previous food service experience in a Restaurant, Assisted Living or Health related facility. A knowledge of food handling, storage and sanitation. Benefits:
