    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **RN - Ambulatory Surgery Care** to work at a facility in **Albany , NY.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $62 / hour

    *W2

    Shifts Available:

    + 7am-7pm

    Qualifications:

    + **Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a RN - Ambulatory Surgery**

    + Ability to build rapport with patients

    + Compassionate and caring demeanor

    + Familiarity with medical terminology

    + CPR card issued by the American Heart Association

    + Must have up to date certification in the state of **NY**

    Responsibilities:

    + Prepare patients for same-day surgical procedures

    + Perform pre-operative assessments and check vital signs

    + Start IV lines and administer pre-op medications

    + Assist surgeons and anesthesia team during procedures

    + Monitor patients in the recovery area (PACU)

    + Manage pain control and watch for post-op complications

    + Educate patients and families about discharge instructions

    + Ensure proper documentation of care provided

    + Maintain a clean and safe surgical environment

    + Coordinate with the surgical team and other departments
