Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **RN - Maternal Special Care** to work at a facility in **Albany , NY.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

**Pay Rate:** $60 / hour

*W2

Shifts Available:

+ 7pm-7:30am

Qualifications:

+ **Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a RN - Maternal Special Care**

+ Ability to build rapport with patients

+ Compassionate and caring demeanor

+ Familiarity with medical terminology

+ CPR card issued by the American Heart Association

+ Must have up to date certification in the state of **NY**

Responsibilities:

+ Monitor mothers with high-risk pregnancies

+ Assess vital signs and fetal heart rates

+ Administer medications and IV fluids as needed

+ Provide emotional support and education to mothers and families

+ Assist with prenatal tests and procedures

+ Collaborate with obstetricians and maternal-fetal specialists

+ Prepare patients for labor, delivery, or surgery if needed

+ Monitor for signs of complications (preterm labor, preeclampsia, etc.)

+ Document patient conditions and care provided

+ Educate mothers about postpartum care and newborn care basics
