Join our team as a Mortgage Fulfillment Underwriter and play a critical role in helping families achieve homeownership—one well-reviewed loan at a time.

What You’ll Do:

+ ✅ Underwrite a full range of mortgage loans, including FHA, ensuring all assets meet investor and regulatory guidelines

+ Review mortgage applications and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

+ Collaborate with clients to resolve outstanding issues and prepare complete, compliant loan packages

+ ️ Partner with compliance officers to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including HMDA

+ Approve or deny mortgage applications in a timely, consistent, and well-documented manner

+ Perform additional underwriting-related duties as needed while upholding our company’s values and service standards

What You Bring:

+ High school diploma required; additional certifications or training in underwriting preferred

+ Solid knowledge of mortgage underwriting practices and automated underwriting systems (AUS)

+ Familiarity with DE underwriting, credit review, and investor guidelines

+ Strong understanding of mortgage laws and compliance requirements

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $35.00/hr.
