    Job Summary:

    R3 seeks a Training Range Facilities Maintenance (Carpenters) to support EODGRU TWO in the demolition training range operations events with EOD Training and Evaluation Unit (TEU) TWO. With this comes the expectation to routinely liaise with Training Unit TWO personnel supporting training events, as well as attending work assignment briefs.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Provide SME in Naval Ordnance Safety and Security (NOSSA) demolition range safety.

    + Assist in the preparation and submission of demolition range site approval requests.

    + Maintain records of all demolition areas utilized by EODTEU TWO that are known or suspected to present explosive agent hazards.

    + Monitor established consumable material inventory baseline. With this is the expectation to forecast material needs and develop purchase requests when necessary.

    + Prepare demolition ranges prior to use. assist range safety walkthroughs prior to the placement of explosives and after the completion of demolition training events.

    + Clear debris from demolition training areas and rebuild damaged/destroyed training structures following demolition training events.

    + Construct new training structures and modify existing training structures and training areas, as required.

    Qualifications:

    + At least four (4) years’ experience in a military construction related field.

    + At least one (1) years’ experience using Microsoft Teams software.

    + Secret Clearance required.
