    What We’re Looking For:

    + Experienced Leader: 2–3 years as an Automotive Sales Manager in a dealership setting.

    + Team Builder: You coach, mentor, and inspire your team to exceed expectations.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

    + Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead and develop a team of Sales Advisors to meet and exceed goals

    + Jump in to close deals and support your team when needed

    + Analyze performance and implement improvement strategies

    + Collaborate on inventory planning, marketing campaigns, and promotions

    + Maximize ROI through lead follow-up and digital engagement
