    Summary

    This role manages daily activities in the Front End and Phos Acid plants in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Accountable to maximize operational efficiencies and to ensure the safety of all employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in a consistent manner.

    + Conduct formal safety meetings.

    + Provide leadership and direction for 12-hour rotation crew.

    + Prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities.

    + Schedule work assignments and overtime.

    + Participate in company safety awareness program.

    + Ensure safety and environmental events are documented, communicated, and investigated.

    + Responsible for employee development and training.

    + Communicate and support organizational changes.

    + Work with other departments to minimize overall impact to plant operations.

    Typical Education

    + High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

    Relevant Experience

    + 3+ years related experience and/or training

    + Chemical plant experience.

    + Knowledge of chemical processing equipment and control systems.

    + Strong leadership skills.

    + Well organized.

    + Proficient in computer use; word processing and spreadsheets.

    + Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work in an office and plant environment
