Job Details Responsibilities of the Concierge include: Greeting patients and visitors to the hospital Accompany patients and visitors to their destinations Provide limited patent information Provide facility information Manage patient and visitor issues (in conjunction with patient relations) Any front desk phone and take messages Managing mail and deliveries when necessary Requirements for the Concierge role include: High School diploma required Prior hospital patient/visitor and or customer service experience preferred Good interpersonal and communication skills required Willingness to handle sensitive situations with patients and visitors with compassion Willing and able to work in a stressful fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task and work independently Proficient computer skills Salary Range Starting from USD $25.00/Hr.
