    Description

    The Director, Paid Search will support the business in North America region and play an important role in accelerating our online business. This individual will join a team of growth marketers that are transforming our brand.com business and aiding in developing critical marketing capabilities for ELC.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    + Own the strategic approach and oversee the execution of paid search investment across ELC’s portfolio of NA brands to accelerate growth, new customer acquisition, brand recognition and channel efficiency.

    + Responsible for developing paid search portfolio roadmaps to drive and hit new-to-file customer growth goals at an effective and efficient ROAS

    + Partner with Brand & internal stakeholders to develop strategies for key marketing moments (including product launches, promotions, etc.) and ensure a seamless customer experience across touchpoints

    + Analyze performance data deeply to identify key growth paths, trends, and opportunities for optimization across brands

    + Define and lead implementation of experimentation roadmaps, constantly testing new strategies to update and develop best practices.

    + Lead and develop a team of hands-to-keyboard paid search marketers to drive forward strategy and ensure executional excellence.

    + Identify opportunities to reduce manual efforts and increase returns across the ELC portfolio, with a focus on automation and AI.

    + Oversee the relationship between paid and organic search to identify opportunities for synergies and optimization.

    + Work cross functionally with marketing channel leads on real time optimizations and pivots across the marketing mix to achieve brand goals

    + Derive actionable insights from paid search performance and connect to holistic business trends/activations. Deliver performance updates and insights to senior stakeholders with an emphasis on how the channel supports macro business goals.

    + Serve as key stakeholder within brands’ annual media budget and planning processes

    + Develop macro and tactical media plans in partnership with ELC’s media agency, modeling different scenarios to drive online and omnichannel growth

    + Pivot and optimize plans as necessary based on real time performance

    Qualifications

    + 10 years+ of hands-to-keyboard experience in performance marketing, primarily in Paid Search

    + Experience with tools like Skai, SA360, Google Analytics, Looker, and Google Merchant Center is required

    + Experience with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data visualization) is preferred

    + Agency experience highly preferred

    + Experience within the retail vertical is a plus, but not required

    + Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision

    + Strong work ethic, consistently going above and beyond to meet deadlines and achieve goals

    + Clear and concise communicator, able to convey ideas effectively both in writing and verbally

    + Motivated to take ownership of tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving

    + Ability to stay organized, focused, and productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    Pay Range:

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$120,550.00** to **$208,200.00** . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan. In addition,
