Industrial Mechanical** **Superintendent** **– Cincinnati, OH

**Ultimate LLC** is now hiring **Plumbing/Mechanical Superintendents** for major Industrial construction projects in the **Cincinnati** area. The pay range is Salary **$80K to $136K** , based on experience. Superintendents are scheduled for **40+ hours per week** . We are looking for experienced site leaders to add to our team of dedicated, safe, proactive and proven craftsmen. who can coordinate multiple trades and manage entire mechanical scopes from start to finish. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties – Superintendent:

+ Oversee entire mechanical/plumbing operations on-site

+ Coordinate schedules and work with foremen, subcontractors, and GCs

+ Review blueprints, specs, and project timelines

+ Manage materials, inspections, and safety compliance

+ Hold safety and coordination meetings

+ Work with project managers to keep jobs on schedule and under budget

+ Ensure quality control across all phases of the mechanical scope

Ultimate Trade Requirements – Superintendent:

+ **7+ years of commercial plumbing/mechanical experience**

+ **2+ years of experience as a superintendent or senior foreman**

+ Deep understanding of mechanical systems, sequencing, and inspections

+ Leadership and scheduling experience required

+ Proficient in blueprint reading and project reporting

+ Appropriate PPE required (hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

+ Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

+ Journeyman ( **OCILB or State-issued equivalent** ) License preferred but not required.
