_Salary is_ **_$115,000-$120,000_** _depending on experience_
_Primary Accountability:_
_As a Construction Manager at Ultimate LLC, you’ll provide critical administrative and construction management support to the Director of Project Management and Construction and onsite engineers, overseeing the construction of large-scale energy conservation projects. Your expertise in managing multiple projects, maintaining schedules and budgets, and fostering relationships with subcontractors and clients will ensure project success and alignment with our commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability. In this role, you will:_
+ Provide on-site project support under the supervision of the Director of Project Management and Construction, including inspecting and documenting field work, confirming as-built drawings, reviewing change orders and contractor invoices, and auditing contractor reports (environmental, safety, schedule, wage rates, etc.).
+ Manage multiple large projects, including HVAC, lighting, water conservation, window replacements, and small emergency generators.
+ Develop and maintain working relationships with subcontractors, team members, and customers.
+ Create and manage project schedules and budgets, reporting on financial results.
+ Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
We’re Excited About You Because:
+ You have experience in constructing energy efficiency and solar projects (preferred).
+ You possess knowledge and experience with building systems, energy audits, and energy conservation technologies, including lighting, water conservation, and HVAC.
+ You’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
+ You’re able and willing to travel as needed to support projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.
+ You can work independently or collaboratively within a diverse team.
+ You have demonstrated ability to manage multiple large design/build performance and energy conservation projects.
+ You have contracting experience with local, state, federal government, or large academic institutions (preferred).
Physical Demands:
+ Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.

+ Ability to read computer screens, email, and talk on the phone.
+ Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned desk area or on-site.
+ Ability to respond to visual and aural cues.
+ Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
+ Ability to lift up to ten (10) pounds.
Work Environment:
+ Professional and deadline-oriented environment with a mix of office and on-site settings.
+ Interaction with team members, subcontractors, and clients in both remote and on-site locations.
+ Frequent travel within the Mid-Atlantic region to support project needs.
+ Periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
