Plumbing/Mechanical** **Foreman** **– Cincinnati, OH

**Ultimate LLC** is immediately hiring **Plumbing/Mechanical Foremen** for commercial projects in the **Cincinnati** area. The pay range is **$30 to $45 per hour** , based on experience. **Foremen** are scheduled 40+ hours per week.

We are seeking **hands-on leaders** to guide our plumbing/mechanical team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. **Ultimate LLC** provides **weekly pay** , no week in the hole, and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties – Foreman:

+ Supervise and lead plumbing/mechanical crew on-site and hands on leading by example.

+ Assign daily tasks and manage productivity

+ Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications

+ Ensure work meets code and quality standards

+ Perform hands-on work as needed alongside the crew

+ Enforce safety policies and procedures

+ Communicate with project supervisors and other trades

Ultimate Trade Requirements – Foreman:

+ **5+ years of commercial plumbing or mechanical experience**

+ **2+ years of crew leadership experience preferred**

+ Ability to lead and train crew members

+ Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

+ Basic hand tools required

+ Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift 50 lbs unassisted

+ **Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required**

+ **Journeyman License preferred but not required**

+ **Drug Test Required**
