    Special Education Teacher – Mild/Moderate

     

    About the Role

    Amergis Staffing is hiring a Special Education Teacher to support students at the K–12 level in Ramona, CA. This full-time, school-based position offers a collaborative environment, competitive pay based on experience, and a generous signing bonus.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs

    + Provide direct instruction and academic support in a resource or SDC setting

    + Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and service providers

    + Monitor student progress and maintain compliance documentation

    Minimum Requirements

    + Valid California Education Specialist Credential – Mild/Moderate

    + Added Authorization in Autism (preferred)

    + EL Authorization (CLAD or equivalent)

    + Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

    + At least one year of classroom experience preferred

    + Must meet all state and district employment requirements
