    Salary: $2800 / Week

     
     

    Position Type: Full time.

     

    Start Date: July start date or early August start date

     

    Schedule: Shifts are 4x10's or 5x8s (between Monday-Friday)

     

    Pay Rate: Negotiable by phone.

     
     

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced hospice/geriatric NP able to travel in the Maumee/Toledo area providing care to patients at homes, SNFs, and LTC facilities.

     
     

    + Board Certified (BC) in FNP, AGNP, or ACAGNP

    + OH state license

    + Current or recent experience in hospice or palliative care (within last 2 years)

    + Strong communication and patient care skills
