    Travel Wound Care RN – Acute Care | Palo Alto, CA

     

    Start Date: Late July/Early August 2025 | 13-Week Contract

     

    We are seeking a Certified Wound Care RN for a travel assignment in Palo Alto, California . This role is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical judgment and the ability to function independently in an acute care setting.

    Position Highlights:

    + Location: Palo Alto, CA

    + Start Window: Early August 2025

    + Contract Length: 13 weeks, with potential for extension

    + Schedule: 4x10, day shift

    + Setting: Acute care hospital environment

    Required Qualifications:

    + Active CA RN License

    + Wound care certification

    + Minimum 3 years of wound care experience in an acute care setting

    + Ability to function as an independent clinician

    + Experience with EPIC preferred

    + Previous travel RN experience preferred

    Important Note:

    This position requires acute care wound care experience . Candidates with only subacute, long-term care, or outpatient wound care backgrounds will not be considered. We are looking for a nurse who can independently assess, plan, and manage complex wound care cases in a hospital setting.
