    _Our EHS Specialist position is a great opportunity to work with a leading Chemical company!_

    We are looking for a sharp professional that possesses these top 3 skills:

    + B.S. in Environmental Science, Safety, or related

    + Over 3 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment

    + Investigation and Risk assessment expertise

    **Pay:** $75-$85k

    **Schedule:** M-F 8a-5p

    **Type of Job:** Direct Hire

    **Location** : Onsite: Cleveland

    **Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist Daily Tasks** : What you will do:

    + The EHS specialist will create, maintain and implement safety programs that comply with federal, state and local safety laws.

    + Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of safety-related problems and develop recommendations for improvement.

    + Conducting routine safety checks and inspections to ensure that all standards are met, and the working environment is safe and secure.

    + Educate employees about health and safety regulations and precautions. This involves creating safety awareness training programs and modules.

    Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist Requirements:

    + B.S. in Environmental Science, Safety, or related

    + 3+ years in an EHS role in a manufacturing environment

    + Strong experience in investigations and risk assessments
