ABOUT YOU
As Assistant Director, Talent Acquisition, you are a strategic, collaborative leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and future-ready workforces. You bring sharp analytical thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of talent to everything you do - from enhancing recruitment operations to strengthening total rewards and the employer brand. You lead with purpose, develop others through coaching and clear expectations, and partner across the organization to deliver inclusive, data-informed hiring strategies that meet both immediate and long-term workforce needs.
What you will do:
+ Develop and execute culture-focused, data-informed talent strategies aligned with workforce planning, market trends, and organizational goals.
+ Oversee daily recruiting operations, driving team performance through coaching, goal-setting, and continuous improvement.
+ Strengthen Massport’s employer brand and EVP by integrating Total Rewards into recruitment efforts to ensure equitable, compelling candidate experiences.
+ Build strong talent pipelines and apply recruitment metrics to refine practices and support future workforce needs.
WHAT YOU OFFER
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field required.
+ 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 2-3 years managing a recruitment team and aligning strategies with organizational goals.
+ Experience with compensation practices - such as benchmarking, job classification, and offer coordination - with working knowledge of broader Total Rewards concepts including benefits and wellness offerings.
+ Proficiency in recruitment marketing, data-driven hiring, inclusive recruiting, and predictive hiring metrics; strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
