    Overview

    As part of our ERP modernization and business transformation journey, we’re implementing a best-in-class Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution. To support this effort, we’re looking for a skilled ERP Report Writer to join our project team and help bring our data to life through clear, actionable reporting and analytics.

    About the Role

    We’re currently rolling out Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and need a consultant who can support report development across modules like Finance, Procurement, and EPM. You'll work closely with business and technical teams to build reports and dashboards that give our users the insights they need to make informed decisions.

     

    This role can be based in Toronto, Ottawa or Montreal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Data Analysis: Translate business needs into clear, technical reporting

     

    requirements.

     

    • Report Development: Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle

     

    Fusion tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, FRS).

     

    • Customization: Tailor reports for specific departments and stakeholders based on their operational needs.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business analysts, ERP teams, and end-users to understand reporting needs and ensure data integrity across modules.

    • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of report templates, data sources, and methodologies.

    • Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve issues related to reporting or data

     

    discrepancies and support UAT activities.

     

    • Compliance: Ensure all reports align with security and data access protocols.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP reporting tools (OTBI, BI

     

    Publisher).

     

    • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP data models—especially in Finance, Procurement, or EPM.

    • Familiarity with Smart View and FRS (Financial Reporting Studio).

    • Proficiency in SQL and other query tools.

    • Ability to turn business requirements into effective technical solutions.

    • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional project environments.

    • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    • Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation.

    Other Preferred Requirements:

    • Experience in large, complex organizations.

    • Knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle, SAP or Workday.

    • Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP security roles and data access.

    • Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.

    • Creative, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.

    • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
