    We are looking for a passionate and experienced QA Test Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is committed to delivering high-quality software solutions.     Your role

    • Design and implement robust testing strategies across manual and automated frameworks.

    • Lead end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting for large-scale testing programs.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and client stakeholders.

    • Drive test automation and performance testing strategies using modern tools and frameworks.

    • Represent QA in executive-level client interactions and ensure alignment with business goals.

    • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.

    Your skills and experience

    • Testing Expertise: Manual Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing (REST, SOAP).

    • Tools & Frameworks: TOSCA, Rest Assured, ReadyAPI, POSTMAN, SOAPUI, Selenium WebDriver.

    • Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting for automation and test case development.

    • Test Management: Experience with QMetry, JIRA, and Agile project management tools.

    • CI/CD & Version Control: Jenkins, Maven/ANT, GIT.

    • Database & Streaming: Oracle SQL, Couchbase, Kafka.

    • Architecture Knowledge: Microservices, APIs, modern web and mobile applications (e.g., Flutter).

    • Client Engagement: Proven experience in handling executive-level client communications.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the telecom domain or similar large-scale enterprise environments.

    • Demonstrated success in test transformation initiatives and quality engineering leadership.
