Thurston Medical Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicatedPhysician AssistantorNurse Practitionerto join our thriving primary care team in Springfield, Oregon. This full-time, outpatient-only role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, relationship-centered care in a well-established clinic that has been serving the Springfield community for over 50 years.

As an Advanced Practice Provider with Thurston Medical Clinic, you’ll work alongside an experienced and collaborative group of physicians, APPs, and support staff in a team-based setting while caring for patients of all ages and and health conditions, with opportunities to develop niche clinical interests.

Benefit Highlights:

+ Compensation:$141,000 - $145,000 base salary

+ Production Compensation average $180,000-$190,000/year

+ 4 day workweek

+ Up to $10,000 Relocation

+ Up to $20,000 Sign-on bonus

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

+ Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

+ Required: Minimum 1 year experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care

+ Preferred: Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed FNP or PA in Primary Care

+ Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients

+ Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

+ Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

+ In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Respect for patient's confidentiality

+ Compassionate and approachable

+ Responsible and trustworthy

+ Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

+ While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

+ The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.

+ The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

+ Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
