+ Perform hands-on maintenance tasks and serve as a lead on the factory floor.

+ Assist in generating purchase orders (POs) and sourcing materials as needed.

+ Identify and coordinate with appropriate vendors and/or outside contractors

+ Review and delegate MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

+ Lead and support the maintenance technicians by prioritizing and assigning tasks.

+ Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.

+ Monitor equipment performance and support preventive maintenance efforts to help minimize downtime.

+ Communicate with EHS & Facilities Manager to address maintenance needs promptly

Qualifications:

•  Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.

•  Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.

•  Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor communication.

•  Organizational and leadership skills.

•  Ability to work independently and operate MRO database

Pay Range

The salary range for this position in local currency is $22.84 – $42.36 / hr
