    • In support of Montrose Regional Health's (MRH) Vision, Mission, Values and Culture, the Leadership & Organizational Development Specialist has dynamic and innovative responsibility for developing, organizing and implementing the MRH Leadership and Organizational Development Program. Responsible for the onboarding of new leadership employees and functional training. Supports talent management through ongoing consultation, education/development curriculum and external resources.

    All About You :

    + Education: Bachelor's degree required.

    + PHR, SHRM-CP preferred.

    + Five years adult learning facilitation required.
