    Responsibilities

    What You'll do:

    + + This position is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and resolving issues with V2X’s core enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The ERP Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams while managing vendor relationships to ensure the ERP systems align with business processes, improve efficiency, and support organizational goals. Responsible for managing an outsourced vendor of choice who is specifically responsible for the health and maintenance of the core ERP Ecosystems. This person will work with Business SMEs to vet and prioritize business requirements for problem resolution as well as system enhancements. This position will report to the Director, Digital Core Applications for ITSS Enterprise Applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + + ERP Functional Management:

    + Manage, coach, and develop a team of functional ERP analysts supporting core business processes.

    + Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ERP functional support team, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and request fulfillment.

    + Assign tasks, manage priorities, and monitor performance to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

    + Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success.

    + Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with business needs.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvements and leverage ERP tools to optimize workflows.

    + Manage and mentor a team of ERP analysts, developers, and consultants.

    + Foster cross-functional collaboration between analysts, developers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

    + Liaise with SAP, IFS, and third-party vendors for support and enhancements.

    + Oversee the successful implementation of SAP system changes, enhancements, and projects from planning to go live.

    + Manage testing efforts (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure traceability to requirements.

    + Provide regular updates on team performance, project status, and issue resolution to leadership.

    + Functional Oversight:

    + Lead the team in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP functional specifications.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.

    + Review and approve functional design documents and configuration plans.

    + Ensure best practices are followed in SAP configuration, testing, and documentation.

    + Drive improvements to SAP processes that enhance user experience, automation, and reporting capabilities.

    + Support & Continuous Improvement:

    + Ensure timely resolution of production support issues and service requests by coordinating team resources.

    + Identify recurring issues and lead root cause analysis and long-term resolution planning.

    + Monitor SAP system performance and process effectiveness to identify opportunities for enhancement.

    + Promote standardization and continuous improvement within the SAP functional landscape.

    + Training, Governance & Documentation:

    + Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and role responsibilities.

    + Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and security teams to maintain SAP controls and documentation.

    + Ensure ERP systems comply with internal policies, SOX controls, and industry standards for SAP processes.

    Qualifications

    Minim um Qualifications:

    + + Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.

    + Experience:

    + Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP functional roles, with at least 3+ years in management capacity.

    + Strong understanding of business processes across various functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain).

    + Deep expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, etc.) and strong knowledge of SAP integration points

    + Experience managing SAP projects, configurations, and production support across diverse business processes.

    + Knowledge of ITIL, ChaRM, and SOLMAN is an added advantage.

    + Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc.) is a plus.

    + Other Requirements:

    + US citizenship, required

    + Remote, hybrid, or in-office work requirement

    + Skills:

    + Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

    + Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.

    + Ability to prioritize and able to work as a remote team member and adjust time per different time zones.

    + Experience defining, developing and implementing 'operational aspects' of projects and programs - governance, tracking, and reporting

    + Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

    + Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex IT systems and processes, identify documentation needs, and propose effective solutions.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization

    + Analyze the operational environment to identify trends and patterns that require problem investigation by using incident data

    + Must be strong in following up with the team members, other teams, and 3rd party support vendors

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and under tight deadlines

    + Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

    + Software:

    + Documentation Software

    + MS Office Suite

    + Communication tools

    + Version control systems (e.g., Git)

    + Diagraming tools (e.g., MS Visio)

    + Storage solutions, documentation templates

    + Technology:

    + Company computer, printer, copy machine, and other general office equipment.

    + The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

    + The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

    + USD 130,000 - 190,000

    + Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
