    What We Need:

    Brady Corp is seeking an Associate Data Migration Specialist who will primarily be responsible for manually migrating data into the Brady LINK360 Safety Software for Lockout/Tagout document management. Under the supervision of the project manager, the Data Migration Specialist determines the best method of transforming existing data into a format that is logically structured in the new LINK360 environment. This includes ensuring that data quality, integrity and completeness are maintained.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Manually migrates documents from Excel, MS Word, or PDF into LINK360.

    + Uses PowerShell tools to execute automated migration tasks.

    + Performs any necessary re-works.

    + Documents work hours for each step of the migration process to ensure accurate costing.

    + Performs other tasks as required.

    What You Will Need To Be Successful:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Base knowledge of working with Excel, PDF, and Word documents to extract/copy data.

    + Effective at planning and managing own workload and completing projects in defined timelines.

    + Experience using web-based software.

    + Effective written and verbal communication skills suited for technical audiences and customer

    + end users.

    + Ability to perform repetitious work while maintaining a high attention to detail.
