Manufacturing Engineering Intern

What We Need:
We are looking for a motivated college intern to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. This intern will support new product development and manufacturing improvement projects. You’ll get hands-on experience with engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, and lean manufacturing principles.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Assist engineers with creating and updating drawings and BOMs
+ Help document manufacturing processes and workflows
+ Support in organizing and preparing materials for product development projects
+ Participate in team meetings and learn how engineering supports production
+ Assist with process improvement tasks and data collection
+ Learn and apply lean manufacturing tools (like standard work and visual management)
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
+ Strong interest in manufacturing and product development
+ Ability to read and understand technical drawings (a plus but not required)
+ Good communication skills and attention to detail
+ Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD software is a bonus
