Are you an experienced HVAC technician looking for a high-impact role in a regulated, 24/7 facility? We're hiring a skilled **HVAC Maintenance Technician** in Framingham, MA, to support a temperature-sensitive, cleanroom-based environment. If you have hands-on experience with AHUs, chillers, and cleanroom HVAC systems—and you’re comfortable with rotating 12-hour shifts—this is an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art setting while developing your technical expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

+ Maintain AHUs, chillers, boilers, and cleanroom systems to ensure consistent environmental control

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to meet 24/7 operational demands

+ Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system documentation

+ Operate scissor lifts and boom lifts as needed

+ Safely work in cold rooms, confined spaces, and around regulated chemicals such as glycol, IPA, Spor-Klenz, and refrigerants

+ Follow all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and hot work permit procedures

+ Maintain accurate service documentation in accordance with cGMP requirements

+ Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain compliance and performance standards

Key Qualifications:

+ **2+ years of hands-on experience** in commercial HVAC roles

+ Strong understanding of temperature-controlled environments and cleanroom HVAC systems

+ Ability to read and apply technical diagrams and documentation

+ Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions (heights, confined space, cold temperatures)

+ Experience in a **24/7, cGMP-regulated facility** strongly preferred

+ **EPA Certification not required** , but considered a plus

+ Trade school, military experience, or additional licenses a bonus

Schedule Details:

+ Rotating **12-hour shifts** : 2–3 days on, 2–3 days off

+ Required to work **every other Sunday**

+ Shifts alternate between Worker #1 (Blue schedule) and Worker #2 (Yellow schedule)

+ Onsite **free parking** and potential long-term extension

**Pay Details:** $43.91 per hour
