Responsibilities and Duties

+ Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage purchasing activities across multiple departments, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement

+ Represent Cornerstone Caregiving professionally in all vendor interactions

+ Evaluate existing vendor relationships and explore new opportunities for cost savings and service improvements

+ Ask the tough questions—challenge processes and vendors when necessary to ensure we’re making the best decisions and getting the best price/value for the company

+ Identify inefficiencies across the organization and propose procurement-based solutions

+ Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to understand departmental needs and support strategic sourcing

+ Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

+ Prior procurement or purchasing experience (especially in healthcare or service-oriented industries)

+ Experience negotiating vendor contracts and pricing

+ Comfortable working with data, contracts, and internal budgets
