The Oracle Cloud App Role Based Security Lead is responsible for the design, configuration and support of application level security within the Oracle cloud application known as AtlanticHub. This will consist of configuring new and maintaining existing application-level security groups and roles. This includes FIN, HCM, Inventory, Payroll, SCM, EPM Integrations, reporting and supporting processes.

The AtlanticHub App Role-based Security Lead will configure security based on Oracle and industry best practices that will allow for efficient processing and minimize business implications for the AtlanticHealth Cloud platform. This position will also be responsible for the day-to-day intake and timely resolutions for production support issues, enhancements and related project requests requiring security.

The AtlanticHub App Role-based Security Lead will collaborate with the AtlanticHub tech team as well as the AtlanticHub Functional teams on a day-to-day basis to assist with application requests and issue resolution.

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

• Strong IT knowledge in application management. Broad knowledge of information technology including application security, testing, and other technical components.

• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor in both normal and pressure situations.

• Deliver application security for Oracle Cloud FIN, EPM, SCM, and HCM business process controls, implementations, and assessments.

• Assessment, design, implementation, and support of application Role Based Access Controls (RBAC), automated controls, and governance risk and compliance (GRC).

• Provision role/position-based user access.

• Implement segregation-of-duties controls

• Perform impact assessment, regression test and document test cases for Quarterly releases, enhancements, and patches. Administer AtlanticHub security as needed for changes and new setups for groups, roles and permissions

• Resolve incidents, implement enhancements and other application solutions, set-up new Oracle features/functionality

• Facilitate user acceptance testing and complete functional validation and regression testing for all upgrades, incidents, and enhancements. Ensure that all related documentation is updated appropriately.

• Participate in discussions with AtlanticHub Technical and Functional track leads, and business stakeholders to understand business challenges to provide application security solutions that are based on industry best practice.

• Complete work and tasks related to environment refresh plans with a high degree of quality

Required:

• BS or BA degree, computer science or business or equivalent relevant certification in healthcare, business management or information systems is required.

• Minimum of eight years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion including HCM, SCM, FIN, and EPM components.

• Expert in Oracle Cloud technologies – Oracle ERP Cloud/Oracle HCM Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other leading middleware products, OTBI, BIP, FastFormulas, Integrations tools (OIC or other leading middleware products) including Workflow builder, ATP, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Security.

• Experience working with SOAP and REST web services

• Experience working on at least two Cloud full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.

• Excellent working understanding of the Oracle Cloud security module and experience in configuring new roles, groups and permissions.

• Expert knowledge of the Oracle Cloud database structure and strong working knowledge within all modules.

• Experience with the Service Now Incident Management platform

• Experience in working with a small team that can complete tasks and work in a project and production environment.

• Experience reporting to and communicating with C-level client contacts, managing client teams both on-site and off-site resources.
