Pay Rate:

What you'll be doing as an** **Front Desk Agent** **:

+ Greet and assist guests upon arrival

+ Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

+ Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries

+ Manage guest complaints and provide solutions

+ Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

+ Process payments and maintain accurate records

Shift timings: All Available

Job requirements:

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Basic computer skills

+ Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred

+ Background check and drug screening required

+ Opera Software experience
