    At Proofpoint, protection starts with people, and we know investing in our employees from Day 1 is key to our success. As a new member of our team, you’ll participate in our second to none sales training program designed to educate you on every aspect of our product suite and enable you to achieve your quota. The support doesn’t end once you’ve completed training; the Channel, SE, Sales Enablement, Marketing Strategic Operations teams will be by your side, ready to partner with you and make deals happen. In addition, you’ll have access to valuable tools and systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, Medic and Seismic.

     

    Our sales team will ensure you are equipped with the right tools, knowledge and partners to help you excel in your career at Proofpoint!

    Requirements

    • This is a Hybrid role reporting to our Sunnyvale, CA office 3 days a week

    3+ years Sales experience generating net new business in the Financial Services Sector

    • Proven experience selling a complex multi-product architecture to Fortune 1000 organizations, selling into C-level Executives to Evaluator-level Engineers.

    • Experience managing an entire sales cycle from start to finish.

    • Demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.

    • Minimum 3 years Cold Calling experience.

    • Experience working with channel partners a plus.
