Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a** **Production / Manufacturing Worker** **:

+ Perform production machine checks and setup

+ Operate, load, and unload production equipment

+ Read gauges and record run or sample data

+ Lift and move raw material/product manually or with equipment

+ Measure and mix ingredients

+ Perform process and inspect to production standards

+ Identifying and sort abnormal material/product

+ Monitor equipment operation so that malfunctions can be recognized and reported

+ Mark or tag identification on parts

+ Breakdown and clean equipment and work area

+ Accuracy and precision

+ Other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

+ Good work attendance. Dependable, on time and ready to work

+ Excellent reading and math skills

+ Capable of following written and verbal instruction

+ Self-motivator

+ Able to work in a fast-paced factory environment

+ Multitasker

+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

+ high school diploma or GED equivalent

+ Background check and drug screening required
