Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $57 - $57 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a** **Site / Production Manager** **:

+ Ensure operation has the resources and capability to meet commitments to customers including labor, raw materials, packaging, storage capacity

+ Supervise all employees at plant including performance development, execution of disciplinary action, and defining expectations

+ Review and approve all expenses ensuring the profitability of the operation

+ Ensure maintenance of a safe and clean work environment for employees through direct supervision and guidance through corporate policies and standards

+ Manage and coordinate the actions of four departments (Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Customer Service)

+ Communicate with customers to assure that quality and service standards are the best possible

+ Operates and maintains an efficient productive and safe workplace through direct enforcement of such policies and procedures

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant experience will be considered

+ Minimum of 4 years industrial plant management experience required

+ Knowledge of good business practices associated with the production of food grade products

+ Excellent teamwork skills are required to coordinate all areas of business at the plant and corporate levels

+ Ability to interpret financial reports, production schedules, and legal documents

+ Effectively present information to upper management, employees and groups

+ Effectively develop budgets and forecasts

+ Ability to converse in Spanish is a plus

+ Background check and drug screening required
