The Director of People & Culture holds a vital leadership role with high visibility across the organization, including close collaboration with executive leadership. This individual will drive people-focused strategies that empower individuals and teams to thrive.

A typical day as Brio's Director of People and Culture:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
+ Lead Recruitment Efforts: Actively manage and participate in the recruitment process to ensure a high-quality experience for applicants and hiring leaders.
+ Implement Top-Notch Onboarding: Develop and execute a first-rate new-hire orientation process, including pre-hire requirements, new hire documentation, and benefits enrollment.
Team Member Support:
+ Consult and Advise: Serve as a resource for Brio's House leaders, offering guidance on culture building, performance management, and team member relations issues.
+ Enhance Work Environment: Use feedback surveys and work closely with the leadership team to continually evolve and improve the work environment based on team member input.
Collaboration and Standards:
+ Work with Home Office: Collaborate with our Network Support Center to implement standards and best practices in areas such as compliance, team member education, benefits administration, safe work practices, and leadership development.
+ Ensure Compliance: Handle compliance-related issues within the community to maintain a safe and regulated workplace.
Data and Metrics:
+ Track and Analyze Metrics: Monitor and report on people and culture metrics to both the community leadership team and home office.
+ Develop Action Plans: Consult with leadership to create specific action plans addressing any areas of concern revealed by the metrics. Collaborate with the home office to identify corporate-wide trends and align strategies with the overall vision of WesleyLife.

Qualifications
Education
Required
+ Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration
Experience
Required
+ 3 years: 3+ years of related human resources experience
Preferred
+ Ability to organize and manage multiple functions and schedules under stress and with changing priorities with the ability to meet ongoing deadlines required.
+ Solid project management skills.
+ Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to present a professional approach to problem solving at all times.
+ Must demonstrate a passion to act as a champion for change within the industry, the ability to lead others through change and the ability to make decisions that lead toward new approaches and ways of thinking.
