    Job Description

    **STATEMENT OF PURPOSE** **:** The Sales Enablement role is essential to optimizing the sales team's performance by providing the tools, training, processes, and content needed to drive revenue growth. This position serves as the bridge between sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and clarity across all customer-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of the sales process and a passion for empowering sales teams to succeed.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    + Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales staff, focusing on product knowledge, sales methodologies, HubSpot, and Selling.com platforms;

    + Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create, update, and optimize sales enablement materials including case studies, pitch decks, product sheets, playbooks, and competitive intel;

    + Maintain a centralized, organized, and accessible repository of all sales tools and resources, with frequent updates to reflect current offerings and market feedback;

    + Ensure adoption and optimal use of CRM and enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Selling.com) to drive productivity and improve tracking;

    + Analyze sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions that improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity;

    + Partner with sales leadership to define and standardize sales processes and best practices across the team;

    + Track, measure, and report on the impact of enablement programs through performance metrics and dashboards;

    + Evaluate new sales tools and platforms that may increase team efficiency and contribute to revenue growth.

    CORE COMPETENCIES:

    + Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle and ability to align support strategies with business goals;

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively;

    + Strong project management and organizational abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously;

    + Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and generating actionable insights;

    + Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and work effectively across departments;

    + Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward process improvement and content development.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    + 3–7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or direct sales, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment;

    + Proven experience in developing and executing successful training, content, and process optimization programs;

    + Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Selling.com, Outreach, Gong, Seismic).

    + Familiarity with instructional design or training facilitation is a plus;

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
