    The Opportunity:

    CACI is looking for a Support Analyst to provide reporting and analysis for Business Financial Managers (BFM) for Navy's Landing Platform Dock (LPD) program. This role is supporting the Department of Navy-NAVSEA.

     

    _Must be a US Citizen to be considered. This position is onsite 100% of the time in DC._

    Responsibilities:

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    + Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting.

    + Will take direction and will provide support to government Business Financial Managers.

    + Execution of planning and analysis, funding document preparation, and execution tracking and reconciliation.

    + Will assist in the analysis and supporting justification material in support of preparing budget exhibits.

    + Will provide financial input for LPD program briefings and reports.

    + Processing unliquidated obligation requests.

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 years of related Finance experience.

    + Prior Navy contracting experience.

    + Program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.

    + Familiar with DOD/DON financial policies and regulations

    + Navy ERP experience is required.

    + Must have advanced MS Excel

    + Experience with Budget cycle development

    + Must be a US Citizen with an active US Secret Clearance

    _Desired:_

    + At least 3 years of DOD/Department of Navy (DON) specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or Program Planning Budget and Execution (PPBE) process

    + Knowledge/experience with DOD acquisition phases

    + Experience DON/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $66,100 - $135,600
