Job Overview
The Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of education & development programs across the organization. They will partner with subject matter experts and site contacts to conduct needs assessments, evaluate various education methods to determine most effective intervention, and support the implementation. Using a structured process, they will assess, develop, and deliver programs across the system, supported sites, or requested departments.
+ Partner with OD&L team members and department leaders to investigate client needs and propose learning solutions which are innovative, inspiring, efficient, and are in alignment with organizational objectives. Working with HR, site leadership and employees to continually evaluate and refine the training as needed.
+ Utilize stand-up training skills to conduct face to face and virtual educational sessions for a variety of audiences across Fairview including staff and managers; able to adjust style to address group dynamics to promote a welcoming and supportive learning environment.
+ Oversee and facilitate the key system development offering for the system, including New Employee Welcome, development classes, development webinars, and New Leader Onboarding
+ Facilitate division, and function-based leader and employee development opportunities including team interventions or department development opportunities.
+ Ensure that all offered learning solutions are supported with clear learning objectives, a high level of interactivity, and direct role application. Follow through the process with subject matter experts to ensure all materials are correct from a content perspective.
+ Stay current with organizational changes in the policy or processes and maintain/update curriculum for
+ Ensure smooth transition and partnership between curriculum design, content delivery, and site-based support.
+ Possess the ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.

Required
Education
+ Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Education or related filed
Experience
+ At least 3 years’ experience in professional training & development role or equivalent
+ In depth knowledge and experience in the application of adult learning and training best practices; including identifying and creating most effective intervention to meet identified need
+ Exceptional virtual and classroom instruction, facilitation, and presentation skills
+ Ability to research/write instructional objectives and develop training materials
+ Must be customer focused and possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify organizational issues of diverse scope and complexity, develop solutions, and implement action plans
+ The ability to proactively initiate, plan, manage and drive multiple projects and effectively prioritize workload
+ Ability to influence others and interact with all levels of the organization
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience
+ Five or more years of experience in professional training and development role
+ Familiar with measurement and analysis tools, benchmarking/best practices,
