    **Pay Range:** $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

    **Schedule:** Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

    Position Overview

    We are currently seeking a **dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Account Specialist** to join our Refining Customer Service team in North Attleboro. This is a **direct hire** opportunity offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

     

    In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 10 or more customer accounts and serve as the **primary point of contact** from the moment a customer is acquired through final settlement. You will be the customer’s advocate—ensuring exceptional service, accurate transactions, and long-term satisfaction.

     

    The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a proactive, organized, and solutions-focused mindset.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through responsive and personalized service

    + Manage the full lifecycle of customer transactions from lot initiation through final settlement

    + Ensure pricing terms and conditions are current and accurately reflected in all customer records

    + Proactively identify and escalate potential delays or issues to management

    + Execute and track all payments, advances, and settlements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

    + Collaborate effectively with internal departments and regional sales managers to resolve issues and streamline service

    + Educate customers on self-service tools such as the Customer Portal

    + Audit and correct account data regularly to reduce errors and enhance accuracy

    + Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while proactively managing risk

    + Provide consistent feedback to improve processes and drive customer satisfaction

    Required Qualifications

    + Associate’s degree in Business or related field

    + Minimum of **3 years of experience** in account management, customer service, or a related role

    + Experience in the **precious metals industry** is a plus

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + Experience with ERP systems; **SAP preferred**

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; **Spanish is a plus**

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

    + Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

    + Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

    + Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods

    + Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities
