    Required Skills:

    Digital Merchandising Program Manager - Global Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute programs that drive efficiency and scale across global channel marketing teams, resulting in improved business outcomes

    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand experiences online, including merchandise presentation, category navigation, and product information for digital platforms

    3. Develop digital merchandising knowledge within the organization by creating playbooks and best practices that improve operational efficiency across the consumer experience

    4. Analyze performance data and consumer interaction with site content and online shopping experiences to identify areas for improvement and optimization

    5. Share learnings across channels and partners to drive continuous improvement and optimize multiple workstreams

    6. Coordinate and manage regular reviews of program performance with key internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement

    7. Identify opportunities for testing to improve digital merchandising programs and marketing messaging, and partner with creative and product marketing to execute

    8. Continuously research the ecommerce landscape and online competitors to identify category trends and growth opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them

    9. Collaborate with Regional Enablement, Channel Enablement, Channel Sales & Category, and Product Marketing to inform cross-functional teams and drive business results

    Minimum Qualifications:

    10. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, category management, or marketing

    11. Experience driving online sales growth and process improvements

    12. Experience working in a rapidly evolving environment with ambiguous priorities

    13. Experience presenting to varied audiences

    14. Experience with asset management tools, digital assets, and online third party retail platforms

    15. Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships with merchandising, marketing, and business stakeholders

    Public Compensation:

    $116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
